Future Events

Prince of Troy steals Princess from Greek King's brother. Greeks unite to retake queen by laying siege to Troy. Forces are led by Achilles, rumored to be one of the greatest fighters to have ever existed. Prince Paris, who stole the queen, challenges the Greek King's brother to a fight but violates the rules of the fight by cowering at the feet of his brother. Prince Paris's brother kills Agememnon's brother. Troy resists the siege and the Greek's retreat. Achilles' cousin dresses up as Achilles and fights. Prince Hector mistakes cousin for Achillees and kills him. Achilles finds out and is infuriated. He challenges Prince Hector to combat and wins. The King of Troy is upset about his son dying and visits Achilles in the nighttime hours to request his son's body for the funeral. Achilles says okay and allows 12 days of peace. In those 12 days, the Greeks create a trojan horse. The people of Troy allow the Trojan horse to enter its city thinking the horse as a gift to their God. The horse was instead a way to sneak Greek soldiers in. The Greek soldiers then open the fortress gates and let the entire army in to destroy Troy. Achilles tries to find the Greek acolyte he falls in love with. Prince Paris shoots him in the heel. He dies and the Greeks mourn his loss. The sword of Troy is given to a random Troy citizen to rebuild the city somewhere else. Good movie.

Hannibal Lector is loose. Various parties try to capture him. Lector narrowly escapes the many attempts by his knack of killing surreptitiously. It is Clarice that helps him escape the plot created by Vergel to torture Lector. Gross scene near the end of the move with Lector cutting off a piece of an FBI agent's brain and feeding it to the agent. The agent was drugged into a wakeful oblivion. Lector has feelings for Clarice and so cuts off his own hand when handcuffed by Clarice right before the cops arrive. Greed and attachment drive the characters in this movie.

Bomber at large taking innocent lives hostage to demand hefty ransom from police. Keanu Reeves playing as a bomb diffusing specialist and his partner save passengers of an elevator rigged with the bombs. The bomber escapes and then creates another bomb contraption - this time on a bus. He designs the contraption so that the bomb will initiate when the bus goes above 50mph and will go off when it falls below 50mph. The rescue effort ensues - going from notifying the driver to possibly diffusing the bomb. Everything is being watched by the bomber and so any attempt to save the passengers will result in a manual activation of the bomb. So the bus continues to go 50mph even through the highways and the unfinished bridge and the local roads and finally to the airport where it has time to keep taxing around. They finally wire tap the surveillance camera on the bus which informs the bomber that there is no attempts to beat the rules of the "game". The police save the passengers of the bus. Finally in the last scene, the bomber captures the girl and straps a bomb to her. Keanu saves the day by forcing the train to runaway train to go off the tracks. The bomber is killed when him and Keanu are fighting on the roof of the train. The bomber loses his head hitting the train signal. Overall good movie. Sometimes evil people are driven by ego and have megalomania that deludes them into thinking that they are designers of great games and tests. In reality, God is King of Games and he is good. Nice try bomber man.

Two followers of Jesus Christ, Peter and Paul attempt to spread the teachings of Jesus throughout Greece, Rome, and Asia. Peter was appointed directly by Jesus - "you are my rock upon which I will be build my church". Saul was a persecutor of the Christians who brought them to trial but was changed by a sudden divine intervention that gave him vision of Christ. This changed Saul so much that he decided to give up his Jewish name and instead be Paul, a Roman name. The two lead Christianity from the secret meetings of a few believers to an international movement of Jews, Gentiles, and Romans alike. Eventually the Romans intercept some of the letters written by Paul and find him guilty of undermining the name of Nero as king. He is executed in prison. Peter continues on to preach the words of Christ and is also imprisoned. He stays awake in his cell so that he could have vision of Nero. Peter is eventually crucified upside down. The movie ends with a little boy watching Peter's crucified body. The movie depicts fervor in spirit and hope for love between every person, Roman, Christian, Gentile alike. Paul preached that the law can exist but it should not be imposed on the Gentiles. He argued that circumcision was not necessary for the Christians. Paul was not afraid to stand up to the arbitrary rule of the Romans and instead demand his rights as a Roman citizen. However, that eventual led to his own demise as this disturbed the Romans. Love the Lord, they God, with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. Love the Lord as He has loved you.

Gang of petty criminals join in on various crimes of escalating nature driven by the fantastic and inspiration gut wrenching narrative of master criminal. Every character is made up for the motive of murder. There was someone who killed Keating and that wasn't Keating himself. It was the lawyer that the prosecutor never knew about except in a side-narrative in which he works with a female lawyer which interests Keating as well as the cripple. In the end, the suspects are drawn into a mission that is supposedly a drug ship sabotage but is actually a fabricated story to use the criminally intent and murder drive team to wipe out the one thing that the supposed devil fears most which is threat of publicizing his identity. The real reason may never be known. Demonstrates the power of ad hoc storytelling and evasive power to unintelligent minds that quarrel over disputes. Nevertheless, the cripple does kill a character in a job or supposedly in the story. The cripple is not exonerated of his sins by hiding them. Information can indeed be used to convince and manipulate potential characters to one's narrative power as seen through the gangs gullibility to start another campaign when the lawyer hands them envelopes of their life information. On one side the lawyer is fueling the massacre of the criminals and on the other side he is helping the female attorney in extradition measures in the corporate setting - playing the part of good. Black-and-white movie about the French revolution against the aristocracy and one man's departure from the aristocracy and marriage to daughter of a victim of the aristocratic cruel and unusual sentencing. Move shows example of courage of how one man would be willing be willing to die for the one he loves and his loved one's happiness with the man she has married. Lots of beautiful Christmas songs throughout the film. Poverty and wealth are depicted well. The movie ends with friend dying in the place of falsely convicted Darnay at the guillotine. Great example of courage into death. Ends with quote John 11:25.

The ancients created four elements plus one to save the world from an evil. The elements can be used whenever the evil reappears. The evil reappears well into the future when a big ball of fire threatens to destroy all mankind. Korben is chosen to retrieve all the elements and the fifth element which is the supreme being in the form of a girl. Ultimately, Korben finds all the stones for the four elements after fighting some evil guy intent on creating destruction to "save" humanity and from a race of orcs. Overall this movie was fun. Love beats the matrix. Lots of fantastic things in this. Was a fun trip.

High school kid gets manipulated by hallucinations of a 6 foot bunny rabbit that tells him to commit various crimes. The movie opens with a jet engine falling through Donnie's house. Donnie is told by the rabbit that the world is ending and he has to do things to maybe save the world? Donnie spends the next days trying to figure out time and fate vs freewill and in the process has a romantic experience with a new girl in town... Things literally are happening based on what people are reading.

Card magician introduces a puppet to his act and becomes a ventriloquist and makes the puppet more than a prop but an extension of his troubled mind. This magician finds growing popularity with his ventriloquy and ultimately gets offered by top networking executives for prime time television. However, the magician is not interested in the job because it involves a medical screening. He runs away to a cabin in his hometown to go incognito. He reconnects and restarts a romance with a childhood sweetheart who is now a married women. While he is incognito, his boss tracks him down and threatens to tell some doctors about his observation of mental illness in the magician. The magician ultimately murders the guy and tries to drop the body in the lake. All is fine until the husband of his girfriend finds the boss's car and is suspicious. The rest of the movie consists of the magician frantically trying to cover the evidence. He ends up killing the husband and himself in the process.

Engaging movie about three tennis players, two boys and one girl and their competition in the sport as well competition for each other as best friends and lovers. The movie depicts a final match in a tennis competition in which the two players have a long-standing rivalry stemming from their childhood, in which they fall in love with the same girl. The movie delves into the concept of love - whether its to a person or to an idea - as well as the concept of legacy and what it means to win. Does love get in the way of ambition or does it fuel ambition? The movie bounces the answer from one side of the court to the other. Great movie.
